Kevin McClelland is a Managing Director and is head of technology investment banking at JMP Securities. He serves on the firm’s investment banking management committee. Prior to joining JMP, Kevin was Principal at Broadview International, a technology-focused M&A advisory firm, where he led the firm’s west coast infrastructure software M&A practice and completed more than 30 transactions, including buy-side and sell-side advisory engagements, divestitures, private placements and strategic advisory assignments. Kevin previously worked for Andersen Consulting, now Accenture, designing and implementing custom and off-the-shelf software applications. Kevin holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a BS in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois and a BA from Wheaton College.
