Alan Tekerlek is a Managing Director in JMP Securities’ technology investment banking group. Prior to joining JMP Securities, Alan founded and was managing partner of Aspect Partners, a boutique merchant banking firm focused on advising and investing in middle-market companies in a broad range of industries. He was previously a senior member of the Global Technology Group at Lehman Brothers, where he provided capital markets and strategic advisory services to corporate clients in the software and Internet and digital media sectors, among others. Earlier in his career, Alan worked in corporate finance and restructuring at GE Capital Corporation and in strategy consulting at Theodore Barry & Associates. Alan holds a BA from University of California, Los Angeles.
