Jim Farrell Bio

As Founder & CEO of JFS Partners, Jim Farrell oversees all aspects of the business. Jim is an experienced strategy and business development professional with a strong background in technology and telecommunications. Jim is a leader in identifying and directing C-Level Executives towards strategic opportunities, and providing unique advising perspective on corporate development strategies within ITaaS, MSP, data center, and cloud service industries. Specialties include: Sales strategies, marketing plans, operational optimization, valuation guidance, target selection, pre-deal due diligence, exit strategy consulting, financial restructuring, metro and long-haul fiber networks, colocation, data centers, cloud services, IT services, Managed Service Providers (MSP), Managed Security Service Providers (MSSP). Farrell received a M.B.A. from Nichols College and a B.A. in Management from Eastern Nazarene College. Farrell is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
