Bio

Stephen is a Director in the New York office having joined JEGI CLARITY in 2017. He advises technology and tech-enabled companies across JEGI CLARITY’s sectors. Stephen has over 15 years of experience in financial services across M&A advisory, research and direct investing. He helped lead software and technology-focused investment banking at a middle-market firm and held prior roles at UBS and AllianceBernstein, covering a range of sectors, including healthcare information technology. Stephen earned an MBA from NYU – Stern School of Business and a BA with a Pre-Med focus from University of Michigan. He is a certified FINRA representative.
