Bio

Jonathan is a Partner in the London office, having joined JEGI CLARITY in 2009. Jonathan has over 20 years of corporate finance experience advising companies in the media, information and technology sectors on corporate transactions. Jonathan started his career in the cross-border deal origination team at KPMG, operating out of both the Tokyo and London offices before joining the leading TMT focused M&A advisory firm, LongAcre Partners (now part of Jefferies Group), where he worked on over $5bn of M&A and capital raising transactions for mid-cap international media and technology companies. Jonathan holds a BA Joint honours degree in Japanese and Management Studies from Leeds University.
