Bio

Ben is a Partner in the Sydney office, having joined JEGI CLARITY in 2006. Ben has over 25 years of experience advising companies in the media, information and technology sectors on corporate transactions. Ben originally qualified as a Solicitor in England and was a corporate lawyer for 6 years, including latterly at the TMT specialist firm, Olswang (now part of CMS). Prior to joining JEGI CLARITY, Ben was a member of the start-up team of the leading TMT focused M&A advisory firm, LongAcre Partners, which was sold to Jefferies in 2008. Ben holds a BA in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford.
