Kipp Fawcett Bio

Kipp Fawcett is a Managing Director on Janney’s Specialty Finance Investment Banking team. He has a long history in providing clients with strategic advice and access to a variety of capital markets across the specialty finance and non-bank finance landscape. Kipp began his investment banking career at Janney in 2004. In 2010, he joined Nomura Securities to build out a specialty finance practice focused on advising consumer lenders, commercial lessors, mortgage REITs and other non-bank lenders. Over the course of his career, Kipp has executed more than 100 merger and capital markets transactions. Prior to returning to Janney, Kipp spent three years provided strategic consulting services to CFOs of middle-market, private equity backed companies. Kipp holds a BA from Franklin & Marshall College, an MBA from Villanova University, and is a CFA charter holder.
