Joseph Culley, Jr Bio

Joe Culley is Head of Capital Markets Group at Janney and a member of the Firm’s Executive Leadership Team. In this role, he oversees the Firm’s Equities, Investment Banking, and Fixed Income business units. Joe joined Janney in 2000. Prior to being named Head of the Firm’s Capital Markets Group, he was Head of Equities and Investment Banking. Joe previously served as Chairman of FIG Partners and on the boards of the American Securities Association, Equity Dealers of America, and Philadelphia Securities Association. He is active on the boards of several nonprofit organizations, including the Philadelphia Children’s Alliance (PCA) and St. Thomas’ Episcopal Church, Whitemarsh. In addition, Joe previously served on the board of the Mann Center for the Performing Arts. Joe received a B.A. in Economics from Swarthmore College.
