John Schramm Bio

Prior to joining Janney in 2019, John Schramm was a Principal and Partner at FIG Partners LLC, a premier investment banking and research firm specializing in community banks. John has more than 30 years of financial services and community banking experience. Before FIG Partners, he was a Managing Director at Ranieri Partners and Howe Barnes Hoefer & Arnett. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director at Triangle Capital Partners LLC, where he co-founded the Financial Institutions Group. Before that, he spent 15 years at Trident Financial Corporation and was previously a Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen & Co. John earned a B.A. degree in Economics from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Duke University.
