Andrew Trask rejoined Janney in 2024 as Managing Director, Equity Capital Markets and Head of Private Capital. In this role, he partners with the firm’s investment bankers to originate and execute public and private equity capital raises. Andrew has extensive experience advising both public and private companies on raising capital and has worked on over 200 transactions across multiple industries, exceeding $30 billion in transaction value. His product expertise includes IPO’s, public follow-ons/secondaries, PIPEs/wall-cross, SPACs, and private placements. Prior to rejoining Janney, he was in the Equity Capital Markets Group at Bank of America Securities, spending time on both on the Public ECM Origination and the Private Capital Markets teams. Prior to that, he worked on the ECM team at Cowen Inc. (now TD Cowen), where he helped to build out the firm’s presence in the Consumer & Retail and TMT sectors. Andrew began his investment banking career on the ECM team at Janney and worked in the Corporate Finance Group at FTI Consulting. Andrew received a BSBA in Finance with honors from Villanova University. He holds the FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses.
