Mark Wasserberger Bio

Mark joined the firm from EY where he oversaw the US private equity origination practice. Prior to EY, he had spent over 20 years as an investment banker and executed a wide range of transactions including acquisitions, sales, divestitures, restructurings, and public and private financings. He received a B.S. degree from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and a joint M.B.A./M.I.A. from Columbia University. Mark holds Series 7, 63 and 79 licenses.
