Giovanni has joined Jamieson as part of our partnership with Milan, Italy. Giovanni has over 25 years’ experience in M&A as a partner at PwC, specialising in investigation and transaction services. Since leaving PwC, Giovanni has been a Senior Partner at Athena Associati. Giovanni graduated with a degree in Economics from Parma University and is qualified as a chartered accountant and tax advisor and a chartered auditor.
