Stephen has over 10 years’ experience of advising on mergers and acquisitions and private equity backed transactions and has completed over 50 management advisory projects. He has particular experience in advising management teams on public-to-private transactions as well as infrastructure and long-term asset deals. Recent experience includes advising the management teams of Kellas on the acquisition by Blackrock and GIC, Auction Technology Group on the acquisition by TA, PTSG on the take-private by Macquarie and Kiwi.com on the acquisition by General Atlantic. Stephen is a qualified solicitor and previously worked in the private equity teams at Latham & Watkins and Dickson Minto where he acted for both leading private equity houses and management teams.
