Bio

Pieter joined the firm in 2020 and is representing Jamieson in the Benelux market. He is experienced in Executive Compensation, where he advised Management and Supervisory Boards on incentive design in various industries. Prior to Jamieson he worked in the field of Compensation & Benefits (both as a consultant and an inhouse specialist) and Banking (at ABN AMRO, servicing small/medium sized enterprises). In his last role, as Compensation & Benefits Director at Nouryon, he was involved (as a client) in the transaction where Jamieson supported AkzoNobel with the sale of its Specialty Chemicals business (Nouryon) to Carlyle and GIC. Pieter graduated with an MSc in Financial Economics from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
