Bio

Jonny is a qualified Chartered Accountant and joined the firm from Grant Thornton’s M&A team. He has worked with numerous Boards and Management teams advising in a buy-side, sell-side and restructuring capacity before specialising in advising on management incentive plan arrangements in the US and UK. He currently leads the US office. Jonny has also carried out a secondment to the business support unit investment team in Lloyds Bank helping to structure capital reorganisations. He obtained a BA in Philosophy from the University of Durham and also holds the US FINRA Investment Banking Series 79 and 63 licenses.
