With over 15 years’ experience in financial services John has worked on a broad range of transactions across multiple jurisdictions. He was based in New York for 3 years while he established the firm’s US business, which he continues to oversee as US CEO. He has worked closely with management teams of mid-cap and large-cap sponsor to sponsor deals, public-to-private, infrastructure and carve-out transactions. Recent experience includes Mercer Advisors (US), Zoopla Plc (UK), Dept Agency (Nl), Godiva Japan (Jp), Cognita (UK) and Nouryon (Nl). He has also acted as lead adviser on the sale of a number of insurance distribution businesses in the UK and US, including Endeavour Insurance Services Ltd. Additionally John is a member of the Board of Directors for the Royal Thames Yacht Club and Commodore Insurance Services, Inc. John qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ICAS) while working with EY. He holds the Series 7, 24, and 79 licenses. And he graduated from the University of Southampton with a 1st in Computer Science (BSc) and a Masters in Accounting & Finance (MSc).
