Bio

Yun joined J. Wood Capital Advisors in August of 2019 and partners with the team to help companies evaluate capital structure alternatives and to help guide companies through the capital raising process. Prior to joining J. Wood Capital Advisors, Yun held various positions within J.P. Morgan’s investment bank in New York and San Francisco offices. There, he helped advise, structure, and execute equity-linked transactions and various forms of equity derivatives for corporate clients. Yun has experience in both public market and private capital raises, and has worked with domestic and international companies. Yun graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, with degrees in Chemical and Biological Engineering (B.S.) and Economics (B.S.). He is a FINRA Registered Representative.
