Greg joined J. Wood Capital Advisors in June of 2016, and partners with the team to help structure transactions and help companies raise capital in a more efficient manner. Greg was in the Equity Derivatives Group at J.P. Morgan from 2007 to 2016, where he worked as an attorney with Jason, Katy, and Alton on numerous convertible debt and call spread transactions, and is recognized as a pre-eminent expert on call spreads. Prior to that, Greg worked in the Corporate Finance Group at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati from 2000 to 2007, where he advised companies on a broad range of finance transactions, including convertible and high-yield debt, exchange offers, equity and equity derivatives and bank financing. Greg is delighted to be working directly with companies again. Greg received his B.A. from Williams College and his J.D. from Cornell University. He is a FINRA Registered Representative holding Series 7, 79, and 63 licenses.
