Dave joined J. Wood Capital Advisors in December 2019 and leads the firm’s efforts with technology clients. Dave has worked in investment banking and global capital markets for 26 years, including 19 years with Morgan Stanley. Prior to joining JWCA, Dave led the effort for technology clients in the Equity Solutions group at Morgan Stanley. As part of this role, Dave helped advise, structure and execute equity-linked transactions and equity derivatives for corporate clients. Under Dave’s leadership, he led Morgan Stanley to a #1 ranking in technology convertible and equity-linked origination for numerous years. Dave graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a S.B. in Electrical Engineering and the MIT Sloan School of Management with an S.M. in Finance and Strategy in 1990. He is a FINRA Registered Representative holding Series 7 and 63 licenses.
