Matthew leads seller engagements for IT ExchangeNet. Matthew has advised in both buy- and sell-side transactions across multiple countries, often leading the day-to-day transaction process. He has worked with a range of clients both public and private including Fortune 500 firms, global solution providers and recognized software and services leaders⁠—particularly in the managed services space and the Microsoft partner ecosystem. In addition to managing M&A transactions, Matthew led various initiatives to strengthen the brand. Previous transactions include CSC (now DXC)’s acquisition of eBECS, Buchanan Technologies’ investment by Lightview Capital, and the combination of Grade A Technologies and Convergence Networks in partnership with Riverside Partners. He is a FINRA-registered broker and currently an M.B.A. candidate at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. Matthew also holds a B.A. with Honors in History with a concentration in Economic History from Berkeley.
