Paras is a Corporate Financier, joined Investec in 2019 and has extensive experience in the Private Equity and M&A space. At Investec India, he focusses on the TMT, Education and Business Services. He has advised clients in both M&A and Private Equity Fund raising on transactions across SaaS, IT Services, Business Services, Media and Education sectors. Prior to Investec India, he was an Associate Partner with EY India’s Investment Banking team. Paras started his career at Cadbury (Mondelez) India as part of their Corporate Finance and Strategy team. Paras is an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and also a Chartered Accountant.
