Michel is Managing Partner at Investec Advisory France and co-heads Investec’s European M&A activities. He also leads the firm’s Business Services practice. Michel founded Capitalmind in 1999, an M&A advisory firm. His career has been primarily entrepreneurial, playing a key role in expanding Capitalmind across Europe (France, Germany, Benelux, Switzerland, and Scandinavia) to a team of around 100 professionals before joining Investec in June 2023. With over 25 years of M&A experience, Michel has advised on approximately 150 transactions (LBOs, sell-sides and acquisitions) in France and internationally, working with corporates, family businesses, entrepreneurs, and private equity houses. He acts as a lead partner on high-stakes strategic assignments, particularly in the business services and industrial sectors. Michel is graduated from ESSEC Business School.
