Luke Spells Bio

Luke is a Senior Managing Director and Head of UK Advisory at Investec. He joined Investec in 2024, previously spending over 20 years at Citi, most recently as a Managing Director in the UK Investment Banking team and Head of UK MidCap Coverage. Luke has significant experience in advising both private and public companies across a variety of strategic advisory, M&A, debt and equity transactions in a range of sectors. As Head of UK Advisory, Luke is responsible for helping drive the growth our UK M&A business, and delivering the firms’ first-class, fully integrated Investment Banking platform and capability to clients. Luke is a graduate of Bristol University, UK.
