Gary Clarence Bio

Gary leads the Investec Healthcare M&A based in London. Gary specialises in transactions across the M&A and IPO markets, predominantly in healthcare services, animal health and funeral services. Gary also has significant UK Takeover Code experience having advised both offeror and offeree companies over the last 20 years. He joined Investec in 1999 and was head of the Healthcare Advisory for Investec’s listed Plc clients for over 15 years. Gary is a qualified solicitor and graduated from Stellenbosch University with a B.Com LLB and has an MBA from The Netherlands Business School.
