Ed leads the Services M&A team at Investec and focusses on providing high quality advice to privately owned and private equity-backed businesses. He has over 10 years’ experience of advising across the UK mid-market on a variety of transactions such as sale processes, equity raises, acquisitions and IPOs. Ed has worked with a broad range of Services clients but has a specific focus on tech-enabled businesses within the areas of professional services; testing, inspection and certification; and fund and trust administration.
