Dhaval Madlani Bio

Dhaval is a Corporate Financier and joined Investec in 2019. At Investec India, he heads the Financial Services sector practice specializing in M&A and fundraises across Banks, NBFCs, HFCs, FinTech’s, and Insurance sectors He has advised clients in both Public Market and Private Transaction. Dhaval has 19 years of work experience and has been part of Investec’s Investment Banking team since 2019. He has previously worked as part of EY’s Investment Banking team (14 years) and at Yes Bank. He focuses on Insurance, Asset Management, Banking, and Financial Intermediary Sectors. He has advised 30+ deals across these sectors. Dhaval is a Chartered Accountant and has an MBA from NMIMS.
