Steven joined Intrepid in 2021 as Managing Director and Head of Financial Sponsor Coverage to continue developing and institutionalizing the firm’s relationships with leading financial sponsors. He has more than 15 years of experience originating, managing, and executing M&A transactions across the consumer, industrial, healthcare, and business services sectors. Prior to joining Intrepid, Steven was a Director on the middle-market M&A team at Wells Fargo Corporate & Investment Banking, leading the firm’s middle-market M&A effort for building products, packaging, forest products, and industrial technology. Steven started his career at Barrington Associates, a specialty investment bank and one of the most respected middle-market M&A advisory firms in the United States. Steven is originally from the Minneapolis area but now calls Los Angeles home with his wife and three young children. When he’s not in the office, Steven enjoys golf, watching the Raiders, and spending time outdoors with his family.
