Jacob Lee Bio

Jacob joined Intrepid in 2024 and is a Vice President in Intrepid’s Special Situations practice. He brings nearly 10 years of experience in stressed, distressed and healthy M&A transactions, as well as complex financial, valuation and accounting matters. His experience spans a broad range of industries including e-commerce, professional services, consumer products, retail, cyber security and industrials. Prior to joining Intrepid, Jacob was a Vice President in Capstone Partners special situations investment banking practice, where he advised companies and stakeholders through Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganizations, sell-side M&A processes, Sec. 363 asset sales and capital raises. Outside of work, Jacob enjoys playing with his goldendoodle Frank, skiing or snowboarding, and rooting for the Buffalo Bills.
