Erika is a Vice President in Intrepid’s Software & Services practice. She advises high growth middle market clients in their pursuit of M&A and capital raising transactions. With nearly a decade of experience across various industries, she brings a unique perspective to clients when providing strategic advice in their acquisition and capital raising activities. Erika works across all the group’s subsectors, including compliance technology, human capital management, fintech & payments, and data & analytics. Prior to joining Intrepid, she worked at Canaccord Genuity, where she focused on middle-market technology companies. Previously, she worked at Piper Sandler focusing primarily in the Fintech sector. Based in our New York office, Erika lives in Manhattan. In her free time, she enjoys keeping up with the latest art exhibits and plays.
