Rick joined Intrepid as a Managing Director and serves as the Head of Strategic Relationships. He provides relationship coverage and serves as a strategic resource to MUFG Union Bank and other key strategic partner channels and partners with Intrepid’s industry and product investment bankers. During an investment banking career spanning more than 25 years, Rick has advised on more than 75 mergers and acquisitions, recapitalization, growth financings, corporate divestitures and special situations transactions in the consumer market, industrial, technology, and business services sectors. Prior to joining Intrepid, Rick was a Managing Director with KPMG Corporate Finance for 14 years, where he founded and led the Consumer Markets Leisure & Wellness industry practice and served as the Group Head and Managing Director of the Special Situations Advisory Group. Prior to joining KPMG Corporate Finance, he was a Managing Director at BDO Capital Advisors where he led the Western Regional Investment Banking team.
