Jessica joined Intrepid in July 2021 with nearly 10 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry. Jessica is responsible for actively identifying new opportunities within the beauty and personal care industry and, more broadly within, the consumer sector, and working with entrepreneurs and brands to help them refine their strategy and realize their market potential. She initially made her mark within the consumer sphere as a beauty journalist. She analyzed trends and documented milestone launches. She has also served as an adviser to both buy-side and sell-side financial firms and strategics on industry conditions and competitive landscape. Prior to joining Intrepid, Jessica served as the Executive Beauty Editor at Conde Nast’s Allure magazine. She leveraged her keen sense for beauty trend forecasting, writing and editing beauty news, in-depth scientific reports, and celebrity profiles. A passionate advocate for diversity, Jessica also expanded the inclusion of culturally diverse brand founders, personalities, and businesses in the print magazine and founded and led the first-ever Conde Nast Latinx Employee Resource Group.
