Hayden is a Vice President at Intrepid Investment Bankers, where he is responsible for the day-to-day execution activities of M&A and capital markets transactions. Driven by a deep passion for the entrepreneurial journey, Hayden works closely with business owners, management teams, and institutions to maximize the value of his clients’ visions and deliver the optimal outcomes for their specific goals. Though he principally works within Intrepid’s Healthcare and Commercial & Consumer Technology groups, he has experience across a variety of other industries, including consumer products and lifestyle brands, logistics, and industrials. Before joining Intrepid, Hayden held positions at Saybrook Corporate Opportunity Funds, a private equity firm in Los Angeles, as well as Navitas Capital, a venture capital firm also based in Los Angeles. While an undergraduate at Johns Hopkins University, he served as the first-ever two-term president of his professional co-ed business fraternity, Alpha Kappa Psi, where he helped develop and grow the organization on campus. In his spare time, Hayden enjoys playing music, riding motorcycles, and flying airplanes.
