Cliff began his investment banking career in 1999 when he joined GulfStar Group as Vice President and later as Managing Director. In 2004, Cliff joined Schnitzius & Vaughn, a boutique investment bank, as Managing Director where he focused on mergers and acquisitions of privately held companies. Prior to investment banking, Cliff worked for Bank One (now JP Morgan) in the commercial lending group for five years. As a commercial lender, Cliff managed a loan portfolio of approximately $150 million. Cliff is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a B.B.A. in Finance. The firm typically works on one or two engagements a year which ensures dedicated, senior-level attention on every deal. This focus has resulted in numerous repeat clients.
