Jared Syke Bio

Jared serves as a Managing Director at Integris, where he leads the execution and management of client engagements. Since joining the firm in 2012, he has completed dozens of M&A transactions across all of the firm’s industries of focus. Prior to Integris, Jared worked In the Audit Services practice at Deloitte & Touche, LLP where he served both public and private company clients across a wide range of industries. Jared received a Bachelor of Accountancy along with a minor in Spanish for the University of San Diego, where he graduated summa cum laude. He holds an active CPA license as well as a Series 79.
