Bio

Jared serves as a Director with Integris where he is responsible for project management across all phases of client engagements, including industry and company research, development of presentation materials, and transaction analysis and execution. Jared joined Integris in 2012 and has since completed numerous M&A transactions across all of the firm’s industries of focus. Prior to Integris, Jared worked as a Senior in the Audit Services practice at Deloitte & Touche, LLP where he completed audits of both public and private company clients across a wide range of industries. Jared attended University of San Diego where he graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Accountancy along with a minor in Spanish. He holds an active CPA license as well as a Series 79.
