Bill has been involved in M&A transactions involving U.S. and international businesses for over 30 years. In 1992, he co-founded Integris’ predecessor, Doering & Eastwood, Ltd., a lower middle market investment banking firm specializing in food, agriculture, niche manufacturing, and distribution. Assignments included representing a division of a Fortune 500 company in its acquisition program and numerous privately held businesses in their sales or recapitalization efforts. As an investment banker, Bill has advised on completed transactions on six continents. Prior to his investment banking career, Bill was Vice President of Development for ConAgra AgriProducts, responsible for negotiating acquisitions for the international, commodity and retail activities of ConAgra while the company grew from $250 million to $20 billion in sales. Previously Bill was an associate with a Wall Street law firm and at Deloitte Touche, CPAs. Bill is an author and lecturer and has co-authored the Warner Books publication, “Cashing In: How to Get the Most from your Business.” Bill graduated with a B.S. in Accounting with honors and a J.D. in law degrees from the University of Virginia and earned a Masters in Law and Taxation from New York University.
