As a Director at Innovation Capital, Mr. Wang has nearly fifteen years of investment banking experience in the gaming, leisure and hospitality industries. He has participated in a wide variety of assignments including debt and equity offerings, M&A advisory, bankruptcy and restructuring advisory, valuations and fairness opinions. Mr. Wang has worked with variety of clients including commercial and Native American land-based casino operators, gaming equipment manufacturers, online gaming companies, as well as restaurant operators and franchisors. Throughout his career, Mr. Wang has successfully completed transactions aggregating over $6.0 billion in volume. Prior to joining Innovation Capital in 2007, Mr. Wang worked in corporate finance at The Boeing Company where his responsibilities included valuation of commercial and government proposals and Monte Carlo risk analysis. Mr. Wang earned a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
