John O'Brien has over 50 years of business and financial experience. He has testified in a number of cases dealing with the resolution of contractual disputes and in a number of public utility matters ranging from rate making cases to contractual dispute resolutions in a nuclear fuel enrichment case. John has been involved in several financial and operational restructurings, including both consensual out-of-court plans and Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. Prior to joining Inglewood in 1990, John was employed for 27 years at Price Waterhouse where his last position was the Southeast Regional Managing Partner. John has served on several boards; including publicly-traded companies listed on the NYSE and NASDAQ. John has a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
