Jacob Willis Bio

Mr. Willis joined Infinity Capital in 2019 and serves as Director overseeing project execution for mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial related activities. Prior to Infinity, Mr. Willis served as Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations at Equity Bancshares, where he performed financial analysis for the bank’s executive management team, merger due diligence and institutional investor outreach. Prior to Equity, Jacob worked as an Associate for Koch Industries where he provided M&A due diligence, market analysis, and project management for two different Koch portfolio companies - Koch Supply & Trading and Koch Energy Services. Mr. Willis received his B.S. in Economics from Kansas State University and a M.S. in Finance from the University of Missouri. He is a CFA Charterholder and is actively involved in the CFA Society of Oklahoma. Mr. Willis resides in Oklahoma City with his wife, Sydney, and three daughters, Sylvie, Annie, and Miller. His interests include spending time with his family, running, and traveling to his family’s ranch near McAlester.
