Partner and Board Member Focused in Maritime & Offshore, Oil Services and Aquaculture M.Sc. Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH). 33 years of top management experience from Statoil, Block Watne, Ekornes, Vital, TTS and Noryards. 16 years as CEO of listed company TTS Group ASA. Responsible for 25 acquisitions, which were integrated in the TTS Group. Johannes was also responsible for TTS' acquisition of Sense EDM and the development and disposal of TTS' business unit drilling equipment to Cameron. Johannes is currently member of the Board in Seatrans AS. Optimarin AS, R&M International GmbH, R&M Marine Interior (Shanghai) Ltd., all companies in the maritime cluster.
