Manus is a Director at IMPROVED Corporate Finance, having joined the firm as an analyst in 2016. Today, Manus successfully leads on numerous cross-border M&A, private equity and growth & debt financing transactions. Manus is renowned for his sharp analysis and creative yet pragmatic approach to evaluating (and valuating) innovative companies, scale-ups, and markets. Manus applies his extensive expertise and business creativity to support Technology, Energy and Mobility entrepreneurs in realising their ambitions by identifying the best growth opportunities and finding the optimal partner(s). Manus’s expertise lies within high-growth technology companies, particularly amongst disruptive clients involved in software/SaaS, marketplaces/platforms, IoT and fintech. Some of his recent successes involve high-growth companies, such as Visualfabriq, Flinders, United Wardrobe, Dwarfs, Pointer Brand Protection and Fixico. Manus’ drive and passion for supporting entrepreneurs in their growth journey was recognised by the Dutch M&A Community in 2018, when he was nominated for the Young M&A Talent of the year. Manus holds a Master’s of Science degree in Financial Management from Nyenrode Business University and a BBA Honours Degree from Nyenrode College.
