Chris Shepard is Executive Vice President, Co-Head of Investment Banking and Head of Capital Markets at Imperial Capital. Based in Los Angeles, Mr. Shepard has over 25 years of experience in financings, mergers and acquisitions, and restructurings. He has advised on transactions in a wide range of industries, including healthcare, telecom, industrial, consumer, media, technology, energy, gaming and transportation. Prior to joining Imperial Capital, Mr. Shepard was an Associate at the Los Angeles office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy, a New York-based corporate law firm, where he specialized in public securities and mergers and acquisitions transactions. Mr. Shepard received his B.S. with a concentration in Accounting, an M.B.A. and his J.D. from the University of Michigan.
