Torsten Denker Bio

Torsten Denker is responsible for the structuring and implementation of cross-sector national and international buy and sell side M&A mandates, as well as for distressed transactions. Before joining IMAP, Torsten worked with the M&A teams of FALK & Co and Bankhaus Lampe. He also gained consulting experience with Ernst & Young and BDO. Following his training as a Banker, Torsten studied Business Law at Pforzheim University, Germany and at the University of Stirling, UK.
