Philipp Crocoll Bio

Philipp Crocoll is a partner at IMAP in Germany. Philipp has more than 15 years of experience in M&A and corporate finance advisory and is responsible for structuring and implementing national and international sale and buy mandates in the mid-market. He has extensive corporate finance expertise and has acted as lead advisor on numerous transactions involving family-run companies, corporate groups and financial investors. Prior to joining IMAP, Philipp worked for more than seven years in medium-sized M&A consulting at Commerzbank AG and PwC AG respectively. Philipp holds a degree in business administration from the University of Mannheim and the University of Florida, Gainesville. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
