Andreas Widholz Bio

Andreas Widholz is Partner at IMAP Germany. He focuses on transactions in the segments industrial technology and digital technology. Andreas has more than 15 years of professional experience in M&A and corporate finance advisory and is responsible for the structuring and implementation of national and international buy and sell mandates in the medium-sized company sector. He has extensive corporate finance expertise and has led numerous international transactions of family-owned companies, corporations and financial investors. Before joining IMAP, Andreas was Partner and founding member of an M&A boutique in Munich since 2016. Previously, he had already been active for IMAP in Germany for two years, most recently as a Partner. He also gained experience at Ferber & Co. GmbH, Doertenbach & Co. GmbH and KPMG. Andreas holds a degree in business administration from the Catholic University of Eichstätt Ingolstadt (WFI). He also spent a semester abroad at the Universitas Udayana Denpasar, Bali / Indonesia.
