As the Founder of IJW & Co., Ian has developed a reputation as a trusted advisor who combines strategic thinking with a deep understanding of complex financial transactions. In addition to his work with IJW & Co., Ian serves on the boards of various technology and consumer product companies, leveraging his extensive industry expertise to drive growth and innovation. In recognition of his contributions to the industry, Ian was awarded the prestigious Top 40 Under 40 by the M&A Advisor in 2013, winning in the dealmaker category. He is also a co-founder of the M&A Club, a prestigious networking group for M&A professionals with 15 chapters and over 400 members. Ian holds an undergraduate degree from the John Molson School of Business with a major in Finance, graduating with distinction. He also holds the Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) designation and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
