Raymond Donegan joined IBI in 2000 and became a director in 2014. He specialises in advising private and family owned businesses across a range of transactions including business sales, acquisitions, MBOs, mergers and fundraisings. Raymond graduated from the Dublin Institute of Technology in 1992 and achieved an MBS from University College Dublin in 1994.
