Steve Bisbee Bio

Steve Bisbee's value as an M&A intermediary is enhanced by his more than 20 years as an Arizona business attorney representing buyers and sellers in a full range of business sales and acquisitions. In addition to his law degree from Arizona State University, he holds an MBA with honors from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Steve is a U.S. Navy veteran, having served as a Naval Flight Officer with aircraft carrier flight operations experience. He is a member of the Arizona Business Aviation Association and offers substantial experience in business purchases and sales involving fixed-base operations and other aviation-related companies. A former business owner, Steve also worked for an international corporation providing aircrew training to U.S. and foreign militaries and serving as program manager on various domestic and foreign programs. He was a key member on five major defense contracting proposal teams bidding on large U.S. military aircrew training projects, and he became the program manager on a multi-million-dollar, multi-year U.S. project following a winning bid, with direct responsibility for 235 employees in three locations.
