Oksana Komarnyckyj has over 25 years’ experience guiding businesses through every stage of their lives, from start-up to growth to exit, and has worked in the trenches as well as in the corporate board room. During her legal career at the global law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, Oksana focused on corporate law and navigated complex mergers, acquisitions and IPOs. Prior to joining IBG Fox & Fin, Oksana was the COO of OraLogic, served on multiple corporate board committees at Delta Dental and its affiliates, created the award-winning Greater New Orleans Venture Capital Club, and served as director of New York City’s Minority and Women-Owned Business Mentorship Program. Oksana has lent her expertise as a board member to the Osborn Educational Foundation and has served as a Governing Board member of the Osborn Elementary School District. In the early 1990s, she and her husband helped establish Junior Achievement in Ukraine, bringing entrepreneurship to youth raised under communism. She has also participated in the international business arena, serving in advisory positions abroad where she also lectured at numerous enterprises and educational institutions on western business practices. She has conducted business training courses for senior and middle management in the manufacturing and banking industries.
