Mike Cauley is an experienced M&A and finance professional with skills, expertise, and successes encompassing M&A advisory, business sales and acquisitions, business financial management, financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, operations, and real estate finance. Related to M&A, Mike has more than 10 years of experience facilitating, contributing to, and leading lower middle-market business acquisitions and sales and M&A efforts. He has provided and performed numerous services related to business acquisitions, sales and M&A initiatives, including comprehensive representation, deal origination, marketing, deal and transactional structuring and negotiating, financial analysis, contracting, and underwriting, all across a multi-sector, multi-industry portfolio of deals.
